The One-act Play (একাঙ্ক নাটক)
One act play (একাঙ্ক নাটক) gained (অর্জন করেছিল) currency (প্রবাহ বা গতি) as (হিসাবে) a (একটি) dramatic (নাটকীয়) form (রূপ) towards (দিকে) the end (শেষ) of the nineteenth century (উনবিংশ শতাব্দীর). The one act play (একাঙ্ক নাটককে) is called (বলা হয়) so (এরকম) because (কারণ) the entire (সম্পূর্ণ) dramatic (নাটকীয়)
action (ক্রিয়াকলাপ) is complete (সম্পন্ন হয়) within (মধ্যে) a single (একটি মাত্র) act (অঙ্কে). The play (নাটকটি) is (হয়) tightly (শক্ত ভাবে) constructed (গঠিত).
