I have received the books which were ordered by me last week. Really thankful to you for the quick delivery of the books according to specification. But I am extremely sorry to inform you that five of the ten books received by me contain some torn and damaged pages.
So, I request you to exchange those damaged books as soon as possible. Your kind co-operation for the replacement of the torn books is eagerly expected. I have kept the books as they are with cash memo and have not been using them.
