Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti Scholarship is a great measure to support the girl students to continue their higher studies after the completion of class 12 in West Bengal. The authority give this scholarship to the economically backward girl students who like to continue their higher studies. The girl students of any board or any stream can apply for this scholarship scheme. This scholarship is provided by Jagadish Bose National Science Talent Search, Kolkata. This scholarship will help many girls students bloom in society.
Eligibility for Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti Scholarship 2020:
1. The girl student must be a citizen of West Bengal.
2. The applicant must pass Class XII (12th level) or equivalent examination.
3. The applicant must pass Class 12 in 2020 from any Board studying with Basuc Science or medicine or engineering from any institution in West Bengal.
4. The applicants who have enrolled in Undergraduate after passing Class 12 are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
5. Diploma Course students cannot apply for this scholarship.
Scholarship Amount of Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti Scholarship:
The student will get Rs. 2000/- per month for 5 (five) years. This will help the student continue her studies. Besides, for yearly book grant, the student will also get Rs. 2000/- per annum.
Application Process:

Willing students can apply online by visiting the official website of JBNSTS. Official Website is https://jbnsts.ac.in
Then pay fees of Rs. 100 through e-challan and fill up all details with authentic information.
For offline process, the applicant can download the Application Form. Then fill up the form and send to this address:
1300 Rajdanga Main Road, Kolkata – 700107, West Bengal.
Then upload the a passport size photo and signature in jpeg format.
Then upload the Marksheet of HS Examination and admission proof. (Within 1 mb)
Fill up the Application form carefully as incomplete Application Forms will be liable to reject.
Last Date of Application:
The last date for online application is 31st August 2020. (This date is tentative).
Admit Card will be available for download till 10th September 2020.
Selection Process:
The applicants have to sit fo written test and have to qualify for second round selection. In the second round selection process, the qualified students (in written test) have to face interview. The third round selection process is Scientific Creativity. After the third round is over final result will be published in the official website of JBNSTS.
