West Bengal of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has declared the Time Table / Routine of Madhyamik Examination for 2023. We know that West Bengal Board of Secondary Education ( WBBSE) was set up in 1951. The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education is responsible for better the Madhyamik standard Education system in West Bengal. So, they maintain and organize the 10th level examination system. Class 10th level examination is popularly known as MADHYAMIK PARIKSHA or Secondary Examination. West Bengal Board headquarters are placed in Nivedita Bhawan, Block DJ-8, Sector – II, Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Every year, lakhs of students appear in the examination.

- The dates of Physical Education, Social Service and Work Education will be informed later.
- * First Languages : Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Modern Tibetan, Nepali, Odia, Gurmukhi (Punjabi), Telugu, Tamil, Urdu and Santali.
- **Second Languages : 1) English, if any language other than English is offered as First Language.
2) Bengali or Nepali, if English is the First Language.
- Examination in Shorthand and Typewriting will be held in Kolkata and Siliguri only. The venue and date will be informed later.
- Examination in Sewing and Needle work will be of four hours fifteen minutes duration.
- Examination in Music Vocal and Music Instrumental will be of two hours fifteen minutes duration for theoretical portion. The venue, date and hours of practical examination in these subjects (which will be held at Kolkata, Burdwan and North Bengal regions only) will be announced later.
- Examination on Computer Application will be of two hours forty five minutes duration on theoretical examination. Practical Examination on this subject will be taken by individual schools.
- Examination in Vocational subjects (under NSQF Project) will be of one hour forty five minutes duration on theoretical Examination. Practical Examination on these subjects will be taken by the Sector Skill Council or individual schools.
